Stiletto: F IS FOR FOOSBALL
One of the subplots in STILETTO is the foosball – or “table soccer” – game that Maynard leaves at the station house. The game attracts so much attention, that phones go unanswered and crimes go unsolved.
Stiletto: E IS FOR EUROPE
Although the setting is deliberately unclear, there is no mistaking that the city in which STILETTO takes place is European. Influences come from Spain, Italy and France, mostly. When the movie get’s made, I’m hoping they choose Marseille for the shoot.

Stiletto: C IS FOR COFFEE
The coffee – or lack thereof – is a little subplot in the first chapter of the STILETTO. It’s subtle, but fellow cartoonist Allan Haverholm picked up on it for his gallery contribution in the back of the book. Other contributors are Peter Madsen, Ole Comoll, Thomas Mikkelsen and Peter Snejbjerg.
