Well, I can’t really recommend it, since it’s not out yet. But I am tremendously excited to see Rockstar Games 1940’s crime game L.A. Noire finally brought to life. Let’s hope it’s better than The Black Dahlia.
Rockstar says: “L.A. Noire is a violent crime thriller that blends breathtaking action with true detective work to deliver an unprecedented interactive experience. Search for clues, chase down suspects and interrogate witnesses as you struggle to find the truth in a city where everyone has something to hide.”
Sounds like exactly the kind of game I would stay up all night for. But: I don’t have a Playstation or an X-box. Damn!
If you’re still not convinced, check out this gameplay video.
L.A. Noire hits the streets May 2011, so you’ll have to decide whether to buy my book or this game. My book is cheaper though. You know what, buy both.

Hey, I just recognized the lead; It's Kenneth Cosgrove! Accounts! A few other Mad Men actors in it as well, I spotted Paul Kinsey and that comedian with the wife. No sign of Draper, though.
